The first step is to complete your application online. If you add a guarantor, you will invite them to complete their portion of the application during this process. After we process the applications, we'll move forward to a Lease Agreement. Leases are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. All of the paperwork can be completed online!

If you have an approved guarantor, you will pay the $200 security deposit during your application process. If you do not have an approved guarantor, you must pay a deposit (equivalent to one and a half (1.5) times a month’s installment) within 10 days of signing your lease.

Residents have the option to opt into our Assurant program, which allows you to conveniently pay a monthly insurance payment of $14.50 through your resident portal in the same payment as your rent and utilities. We also allow residents to provide proof of outside insurance as long as their policy meets our requirements. For further information on our insurance requirements, please contact the leasing office.
